Changes to registration and account numbers
Changes of registration or account number must be notified by sending a letter or fax to Acquirer Services. Use the form below. Remember to complete all the fields. The form must be signed by the authorised signatory before it is sent to PBS.

Change of CVR number
If you have been given a new CVR number, you must apply for a new merchant agreement. Remember to end the existing agreement.

Termination of agreement
PBS may terminate the agreement by giving three months' notice, or with immediate effect if you are in breach of the agreement. If you want to terminate your agreement, you can do so below. If you have several payment card/terminal agreements with PBS/PBS International that are to be terminated, please state all merchant numbers.
Change of ownership
If your business is transferred or there is a change to new ownership, the existing agreement must be terminated and a new one set up.

NOTE
If your merchant changes sector or moves to a significantly different goods range, this will require a new risk assessment, meaning that you will need to apply for a new merchant agreement.
Amendments by PBS
PBS may amend the agreement, including payment guarantee limits, on giving three months' notice. This period may be shorter if the amendment results from an official requirement or is of major importance to security.
