Nowadays, there are many costs involved in invoicing, including postage, manpower, investments, management time and troubleshooting. PBS' customers can save 35% in the first year and that includes the cost of purchasing an integration module for the bookkeeping system.

This calculation is based on a company invoicing 20% to the public sector, 10% in electronic format and the rest in paper format.
