You can subscribe to the service schemes below so that you can get help quickly if your terminal breaks down. This means that you will get a replacement terminal as quickly as possible.

When you rent a PBS terminal

Replacement service:
If your terminal breaks down, you will receive a replacement terminal by post within a couple of days. You must then return the defective terminal to PBS.

Price per month:
Replacement service (stationary terminals): DKK 41
Replacement service (mobile terminals): DKK 62

When you buy a PBS terminal

The support package:
With a support package, you can contact our support department 24 hours a day all year round. Here, you can get guidance on setting up your terminal, the terminal's function and troubleshooting the terminal, if necessary.

Price per year:
Support package (stationary terminals): DKK 828 Support package (mobile terminals): DKK 1,200

Replacement service:
If your terminal breaks down, you will receive a replacement terminal by post within a couple of days. You must then return the defective terminal to PBS.

Price per year:
Replacement service (stationary terminals): DKK 492 (requires support package)
Replacement service (mobile terminals): DKK 744 (requires support package)
