Competency development 
 

Competency development is one of PBS' strategic focus areas. This is why we put a great deal of emphasis on constant and continuous development for you as an employee, both personally and professionally. We believe that development should mainly be achieved though a challenging day-to-day routine in combination with training.  

PBS makes available the tools necessary for development. We have a large internal course catalogue and support any relevant training.  

Responsibility for your own development
One of our values is responsibility, and this also applies when it comes to skills development. We consider it to be very important that employees take the initiative themselves and assume responsibility for their own learning. We would like everybody to have as much chance as possible of realising their potential and their future career aims and ambitions. We therefore demand responsibility and participation from our employees; the desire and willingness should come from you.  

Coaching can be an invaluable part of the development process. As an employee, you therefore have the opportunity to receive both internal and external coaching. We have a good, extensive network that we can draw on whenever we have need of it.
