Are you a newly qualified engineer with a background in IT who wants to become part of a complex and professional development environment?

Six months well spent
As a trainee, together with 6-8 new colleagues, you will complete an intensive training programme in how to handle our development environment. The programme lasts six months and there will be a project manager attached to it for the entire qualification process.

You will be allowed to practise a number of relevant tasks, the aim of this being to give you insight and qualify you to cope with our complex working day. 

After the programme
Once you have finished the programme, you will be let loose on one of our big projects. You will get to work in a professional development environment where the workflow is project-oriented. We provide you with the opportunity to take on different roles according to your abilities and interests.
